How far in advance should I book my ride?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for airport transfers and special events. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash payments. Corporate accounts can be set up for billing.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we offer child safety seats upon request at no additional charge. Please specify your needs when booking to ensure availability.
How do I pay for my ride?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed at the time of booking for online reservations. Corporate accounts and other payment arrangements can be made by contacting our office.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights for delays. Your chauffeur will adjust pickup time accordingly at no extra charge for reasonable delays (up to 90 minutes).
